As parent/legal guardian of the participant named, I do hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives and provisions for winners and contestants as set forth in the Official (AAG) All American Girl Handbook.*

I also agree to not hold the pageant venues, hotels, or its staff members, as well as All American Girl Pageant, and its directors responsible of damages due to theft, accident or injury during, en route to or from my child's participation in the 2026 Utah All American Girl State Finals. I understand that there will be no refunds for any reason and agree. *

Should war, an act of God (hurricane, fire, tornado, earthquake or any other natural disaster) or an act of man beyond the control of the pageant staff (i.e terrorists threat and or activity) cause the cancellation of the pageant I will receive no refund; however the pageant will be rescheduled at another time and location if need be.*

I understand that any photos, video footage, program book photos and/or contestants name can be used for advertising purposes for the Utah State All American Girl Program.*

I confirm that all of the enclosed information and forms are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. Furthermore, I hereby state that I have read and understand all the rules and regulations governing the payment of any awards or prizes. I understand that I assume all responsibility for my family and guests while attending the Utah State All American Girl Pageant.  *

If I am chosen as the overall winner in my category, I understand that I am required to participate in the National Pageant in Las Vegas Nevada, July 12-18th 2026. If I do not participate in the National pageant, I will forfeit my Utah State title.*

I understand that I will be required to attend 75% of the scheduled Utah All American Girl Functions during my reign. I also understand that I can't compete in other pageant during my reign unless it is a charity pageant cleared by the state directors.*
